Coptosperma supra-axiliare is a superb shrub that is slow-growing and ideally suited to a small garden. The appearance is very tidy and the white masses of sweetly scented flowers quite a sight. It is almost reminiscent of tiny ballerinas. Fruits are black berries eaten by birds.
