Crinum bulbispernum has bluish-green leaves that are very striking. Flowers can vary in colour from white to mauve. It prefers a clayey soil that is moist in summer although it will tolerate some drought.

Plant Crinum bulbispernum en masse in the sun for the best effect. Keep dry in winter.

Watch out for the amaryllis worm.
