Dierama argyreum is a slender, erect perennial herb that can reach a height between 0.5-1m tall. This specimen is lovely when mass planted in a border of a wilder garden attracting pollinating insects.
Plant Description

Dierama argyreum is a slender, erect perennial herb that can reach a height between 0.5-1m tall. The leaves of about 500-750x3-6mm large forms clumps and the inflorescence borne between September and February are drooping with 3-7 branches with each spike bearing 4-9 white to ivory flowers of about 30mm large, they are sometimes tinged with pink or mauve.

Dierama argyreum is impressive when mass planted in a border of a wilder garden attracting pollinating insects. It also looks lovely in raised beds and can grow both in full sun and partial shade and is a hardy plant.
