Dierama robustum is a hardy, evergreen perennial bulb that can grow between 1-1.5m tall. It has been described as the tallest species in its genus. This specimen forms a beautiful large clump with tall arching stems that bear lovely, drooping, dark pink or sometimes white bell-shaped flowers during summer between October and February.

Dierama robustum looks lovely when planted in containers, raised beds, pots or as a backdrop to a bed. They are hardy, drought tolerant plants.
