Plant Description

Hypericum aethiopicum is a neat tufted little perennial, seldom taller than 30cm, that flourishes almost anywhere. It does well in cultivation and does not require much attention. First yellow flowers in terminal clusters, tinged with red, 2,5cm in diameter, appear at the beginning of summer. It has a long flowering season.

Hypericum aethiopicum should ideally be interplanted with small grasses or it can be planted on a rockery.
