Hypoestes triflora is a loosely branched shrublet that can cover the forest floor or form a loosely packed shrublet.Stems can reach a lenght of 3 m.The plant is thinly hairy throughout.Flowers are borne in loose clusters of 3 to 6 flowers.

It requires a shady spot and fertile soil. Trim from time to time to keep. it tidy.Butterflies are very fond of Hypoestes triflor
