Kniphofia pauciflora is a  very dainty miniature poker for a wet, sunny spot. It can form quite large clumps. Also a good container subject. Extinct in the wild. It bears dainty spikes of yellow tubular flowers almost all year round but particularly from October to February. The flowers nod cheerfully in the lightest breeze adding movement to the garden.
