Nerine appendiculata is an evergreen perennial bulb that grows up to 0.4m tall. Its leaves are narrow, grass like and about 200-400x3-10mm. During summer and autumn between December and April it bears lovely bright pink or sometimes white-ish pink flowers on tall, terminal inflorescence. The petals are dark pink when still a bud but is a lovely light pink when open.
