Pelargonium glutinosum is a showy, erect, balm- or oak-scented perennial shrub that can reach a height of 1m or more. It has a well branched form and hairy on the stems which are green when young and brown with age. Pelargonium glutinosum has dark green leaves and the inflorescence consists of 1-8 pale to dark pink flowers which are borne throughout the year but reaches its peak flowering period between September and November.
