When interplanted with grasses, Trachyandra asperata is hardly noticeable, except when it pushes its lovely white flowers that makes a lovely contrast.
Plant Description

Trachyandra asperata is a grass-like perennial with a short basal rootstock. Leaves form a basal rosette and he inflorescence that may be branched can reach a hight of 20cm.The white flowers have a central green band. Flowers don't last very long but new ones are produced daily.

Interplanted with small  grasses Trachyandra asperata is hardly noticeable, except when it pushes its lovely white flowers that makes a lovely contrast. Very low maintenance plant and does not become weedy.
