Triaspis hypericoides is a semi-woody shrublet with twining shoots from an underground rootstock. Beautiful pink flowers are borne in Spring. It is best to interplant with grasses that can support the straggly habit. Even the seeds are beautiful: It is a three saucer-shaped carpel.

Triaspis hypericoides is exceptionally hardy and water wise.
