Triumfetta sonderi is a perennial shrublet, 50cm that shoots annually from an underground rootstock. The yellow flowers are followed by a globose fruit with long red bristles that stay on the plant for a long time. Very ornamental.
Plant Description

Triumfetta sonderi is a perennial shrublet, 50cm. in height that shoots from an underground rootstock. The interesting star-shaped, yellow flowers are followed by seed capsules with  distinctive long, pinkish-red hairs arranged in a round brush that cover the spherical fruit and add even more to the plant's attractive appearance than the flowers.
