Adenium multiflorum looks like a miniature Boabab and reaches a height of 3m but is often much smaller. Stems arise from a large tuber. The shiny bark is grey to brown. The leaves up to 100 mm, are shiny green above and pale below.

The flowers are borne in terminal clusters,50-70 mm in diameter. The  colour is usually white lobes with crinkly red margins and red stripes in the throat. The flowers are sweetly scented.

Adenium multiflorum prefers a warm climate and well-drained sandy soils.are Use themon a dry rockery,where it will reward you with a  colourful display of bright flowers in winter.

On  the Highveld it is ideally suited for container planting. Do not water  when  dormant and protect the plants from frost.
