Aeollanthus parvifolius is a small, perennial, semi-succulent herb or shrub-let that can reach heights between 200-500mm tall. It has a woody base that is sometimes hairy and sometimes smooth. The leaves are bright green, soft, fleshy with sparingly toothed margins.
It flowers between November to April with much branched inflorescence consisting of about 200mm long stalks covered in tiny(12mm) pink, mauve or white flowers streaked with mauve markings. It makes for a beautiful ground cover with tall stalks carrying dainty flowers.
