Anthericum cooperi is a slender, erect, perennial that reaches a height of up to 400mm tall. The leaves are held in two ranks in a fan of about 50-300x3-10mm large and are flat or folded and curved. The inflorescence are 1-3 flowers in an axil of bracts clustered near the end of unbranched stems. The flowers are about 25mm in diameter, white with a dark keel and flowers close to noon between October and March.
Anthericum cooperi is a beautiful addition to a mixed border in a garden but also works when planted in pots.
Under certain circumstances, Anthericum cooperi can become weedy.
