Barleria greenii is a  small shrub with masses of gorgeous, huge pink or blue flowers in summer, which are sweet smelling at night and have copious amounts of nectar that attracts Carpenter Bees to the garden.

Barleria greenii is a beautiful garden plant that is stunning when mass planted but rare in cultivation. Grows best in full sun but can tolerate partial shade. It does best in a heavy soil. It can become untidy and is best to prune heavily in winter.
