Dierama dracomontanum is a slender perennial herb that grows in large clumps of up to 1m tall. It is a lovely specimen in a mixed border or planted in groups in a garden bed. The lovely pink flowers attract pollinating insects to the garden which attracts birds.
Plant Description

Dierama dracomontanum is a slender perennial herb that grows in large clumps of up to 1,5m. The dark green leaves are about 300-650x3-7mm large. The inflorescence is drooping with 2-4 branches with 2-5 flowers each, the flowers are about 20-30mm large and a light rose or pinkish colour.

Dierama dracomontanum is a lovely specimen in a mixed border or planted in groups in a garden bed. Due to its height, it should be planted at the back of the bed. The lovely pink to maroon flowers attract pollinating insects to the garden which attracts birds.
