Eriosema cordatum is a prostrate, perennial herb that  produces sprawling, hairy stems from a woody base. It is normally found growing amongst grasses. Yellow flowers are at the base of the stems and curve upwards for a nice display. Treat Eriosema cordatum the same way as a succulent.
