Plant Description
Cyperus sphaerocesphalus has a bright yellow inflorescence, 30mm in diameter, that is very attractive. The flowers also last a very long time.
The yellow flowers, coupled with the relatively small size, makes it an ideal garden subject.
Cyperus sphaerocesphalus is closely related to the more common and widespread Cyperus obtusiflorus. The latter can be yellow or white.
